At Neal's Yard Remedies, our firm belief that it's down to all of us to protect our precious planet, is at the heart of everything we do."

On Friday, Me & Shay from Shayyinwonderland  headed over to Solihull for a Bloggers event that was hosted by the lovely ladies from Neals Yard Remedies. Only ever trying one of their products myself, I was excited to find out more about the company and what sort of products they made. I understood that it is an organically based company and all of their prodcuts are naturally made, what I didn't realise was just how many products they actually produced. NYR have over 2500 products going from skincare to haircare and even baby products!

We were greeted by Jane, the social media manager and she told us a little about where she came from, offered us a drink and introduced us to the Solihull store manager and the regional Manager, Molly. They all had so much knowledge on each and everyone of the products which is pretty good going!

Later on Nicola, head of PR, talked us through the roots of NYR and how it has developed over 32 years. Its amazing how they have come so far using only natural remedies to sooth aches, pains and everything else we don't like! She also gave me a hand massage which felt AMAZING and we spoke a lot about the Mother & Baby products as I was the only one that was pregnant.

There were a few other bloggers at the event but we chatted to the staff mainly and had to leave earlier on that others but it was such a lovely evening and I hope I have the pleasure of meeting these lovely ladies again in the near future!

We all received a goodie bag that included Sleep Balm Body Butter, Sleep Balm Night time Facial Moisturiser and a Lipstick from their make-up collection. I was lucky enough to also be given a full sized Mothers Balm (RRP £19.50) too. Its so lovely to use, it rubs onto your skin and leaves your bump looking super shiny. It's not oily like bio-oil and is A LOT better for both you and baby too! I use it once a day before I go to sleep and I would honestly recommend it to anyone with a growing bump like mine!

Here's a brief look at some of the products and campaigns NYR runs...

I am so glad that I found out more on NYR, I already have a growing wish list of products that I want to try out.

Have you ever used NYR before? What are your thoughts?!
