I've seen how long it takes to recover from a c section! I'll most likely need to have one too as I'm a slightly smaller build than my mum and sister. I do think you're right so many people thin C-sections are the easy way out because they don't even think about the recovery process after. xoMeganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00693098039029182384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4888544747410061337.post-63233164761745399302014-07-22T16:33:57.965+01:002014-07-22T16:33:57.965+01:00I am expecting my first child and am glad that I h...I am expecting my first child and am glad that I have read this post. I've just been hoping that I wont need a c-section but I definitely now know that i need to read up on it more in case an emergency c-section is needed. http://www.joannavictoria.co.uk/Joanna Victoria -x https://www.blogger.com/profile/05792107016815785027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4888544747410061337.post-79154223430283770932014-07-22T16:15:03.783+01:002014-07-22T16:15:03.783+01:00I had my son 7 weeks ago. I had a very low risk pregnancy but ended up with a 3 day labour, not knowing when my waters broke, Scout pooping inside and a big bleed after delivery. I ended up with with a 3 hour surgery to stop it and I lost 3 and a half litres of blood. I was really poorly. I think if I was to be offered a C-section next time around, I'd probably take it. Not only because I don't want it to happen again, but because I'm pretty terrified of labour now.
