Boots Beauty Box

I’ve said it 100’s of times but I’ll say it again, Skincare isn’t my forte and it takes me a while to find products that work for my skin. Using too many things at once causes breakouts and I loose track of what I’m in the middle of and what I don’t see eye to eye with. Boots have a fabulous review panel and I’m one of the lucky ladies that are part of it. The most recent box that arrived was a Luxury Skincare Favourites selection that is absolutely incredible! It included 2 skincare systems, a cleaner and a hydrating serum - 3 main components to keep your skin fresh and clean.

The 2 Electrical cleansing systems that were included were the Foreo Luna that combines cleaning and anti-ageing and then the LAB Galvanic cleansing and toning device. Each of these help to minimise the time spent cleansing and ensure that its done deeply with added components of anti-ageing, toning and revitalising. To use alongside these, the Philosophy Purity cleanser and the Hydraluron Moisture Jelly . Using all of these should hopefully improve my overall skin type preventing blemishes, breakouts, controlling oiliness and the signs of wrinkles (not that I have any at 25 LOL).

I’ve already started using the Luna and plan to track my progress over the next 6 weeks and I’ll do the same with the LAB device too once I’ve used the Luna. There will be a comparison post up around April/May time where I’ll say which one worked best for me, so keep your eyes peeled for that! For now, take a look at what I got...

Let me know if you’ve tried any of these skincare saviours before and what you thought of them. The only thing I’ve tried is the No7 Cleansing Brush which I loved and any form of cleanser from the No7 range too! I’m really excited to try these out and see if it tackles my breakouts!

Stay tuned...
