Maybelline ‘The Eye Eraser’ Concealer Review

I’ve not been wearing much base makeup lately as when I’m at work, the steam tends to cause me to break out so I’m wearing as little coverage as possible but one of my holy grail products at the moment is the Maybelline Eye Eraser Concealer. I came across this in Nicole Guerriro’s video and then I spotted it on offer in my local Sainsburys so thought I’d give it a go!  I love the packaging and the little dabber as it gives great coverage and you don’t waste product. Obviously, the only concern is that you’re not really able to clean the sponge and so the risk of spreading germs etc is increased! It has a twist up motion to get the liquid into the sponge and then you just simply apply to the areas needed. It is an under eye concealer but I use it to cover redness too as it works just as well! I find it works best when applied on the main areas and then blended using a stippling brush - it ensures all the product is evenly smoothed. 

You can see how much it evens out my skin tone and I can very happily go to work with just this on, some powder and bronzer and then my eye makeup! It also doesn’t seem to budge much through the day - I don’t have to reapply although I do get a little greasy because of the steam and heat!
