Tanya Burr Lips & Nails Review: 2 Glosses & Polishes

After the love I had for the first 2 product I bought from the Tanya Burr Lips and Nails range, I knew I had to get more! Converting me well and truly into a gloss girl, I now have 3 of the glosses and another on its way to me! I also think the Nail varnishes are definitely worth grabbing in a selection of colours as I normally have chips in my nail polish within a few hours but I managed to go a good 2 days with no chips appearing in my Riding Hood polish!

The new additions to my collection are Aurora* and Smile, Dream, Sparkle* lip glosses and Little Duck*, Penguin Chic* and Peaches & Cream* (although unfortunately, I can’t get the lid off Peaches & Cream, its literally glued on, so I can’t review that one at the moment).

The glosses aren’t usually something i’d go for as they are quite nude and are primarily just a gloss but that’s actually what I love about them. If your lips are a little dry (like mine always seem to be) these are perfect for just adding the moisture and shine to them to make them look gorgeous rather than gross! I never noticed it with Exotic Island but these also smell amazing! They smell really sweet and have no horrible taste either! So if you’re looking for the perfect everyday gloss, these will be your best friend!

The polishes are colours that I don’t own in my little, but growing, nail polish collection and i’ve seriously been loving Little Duck. It’s been on my toes and nails nearly everyday since I got it and I can’t get enough. With 2 coats and a topcoat, the polish lasts me around 2/3 days and then starts to chip on my thumb, 1st and middle fingers (because they’re the fingers that seem to do the most work i.e. typing, picking labels etc). Normally, with other polishes I own, chips are showing just a couple of hours after application so I definitely recommend these, along with a good top coat, as a nail varnish if you’re a chipper too!

The packaging is perfect. I really like minimal packaging and the fact you can see the true colour of the varnish and glosses is a huge selling point for me! You can buy the Nail polishes for £5.99 from Feel Unique and the Glosses for £6.99 from Feel Unique too.

Again, I praise Tanya for creating these gorgeous products! She has worked so hard and it must have taken so much planning and preparation getting the right colours, names, glosses and packaging to make the perfect product range. So many people have been raving about these products and I can really see why!
