The ' 5:2 DIET' Diary: Week 2

I'm still going... I thought I may have got bored by now but I haven't!

If you didn't see last week's post, (read it here) then i'll just recap. I'm doing the 5:2 diet, eating 1200 calories 5 days a week and then eating 500 calories 2 days a week. It's going pretty well so far!

I've been a bit of a scatter brain this week and forgot to take some pictures of my meals but i'll explain and add when something is missing to make up for it! And although we were away again this weekend, I did try my hardest not to eat too badly. I did however, go over my calories by around 100 each day over the weekend and yesterday was due to be a fast day but I felt really sick during the day and caved into 2 bars of chocolate last night... Whoops!

So, as you can see, a few of the days I was over, not by a lot but I want to make sure that you can see i'm not cheating and i'm logging absolutely everything I eat. I also drink at least 4 pints of water a day including squash on certain days too!

I think because of the heat, i'm finding myself hungrier and yesterday, may have been why I felt a little sick and dizzy because I was tired and needed energy. I'll continue to work on the 5:2 ratio though until I know I can do it comfortably, failing that... I will just have 1 fast day and be super strict on what I eat on that day!

Weight on 16/07/13 is 74.4kg (11.10 stone)
