It's just one of those days...

A hectic weekend, money worries and being constantly busy since Wednesday has landed me in a bad place... I feel terrible today! I'm struggling to keep my eyes open and can't even pull myself from my bed so i'm taking the time to catch up on some sleep but not before writing a little post on what i've come to an agreement on with myself.

Back in the #bbloggers chat last weekend, I said that I wanted to try and schedule posts for certain days and i've managed to try and come up with a little rota of posts for each day of the week (with a little lea-way too for emergency mind blocks etc). So, from tomorrow (hopefully) i'm going to try and stick to the following routine of posting blogs:

Monday - a fashion type post of maybe shoes, OOTN, OOTD etc
Tuesday - a random post on music, life, shopping, what I have planned etc
Wednesday - a beauty post of some sort
Thursday - a review post or a day off
Friday - another beauty post as these are my favourite type to do
Saturday - wish-lists or haul type posts
Sunday - a lifestyle post (similar to my university one)

I've always been fairly organised and with uni work and midwife appointments, this just seems to balance things out a lot easier. I can write them up when I have time and schedule them for the certain days they need to be posted on. And I also feel that it will give a little more order to my blog too and it won't be full of one sort of post - which is what I aim not to do anyway!

For now though, go check out my posts from the weekend - there probably won't be one up today as I don't have the energy to decipher pictures and all that crap!

Do you have a scheduled list for posts? Do you find that it helps you to get more done?

  1. I'd love to have a scheduled post list but I feel that it is too soon as I have not a lot of followers and have only just started my blog but I love your idea and cannot wait for these posts

    1. Yeah i dont have that many followers but i dont look at that side of things, i try and stay organised for me not for others - you should definitely try it once you get into the swing of things!

  2. Sounds like a good idea to me! I certainly know how you feel, I've got a 6 month old to take care of as well as everything else so scheduling posts definitely makes sense! x

    1. Yep, it really does! Even if it means you get to have an extra 10 minutes to yourself, it's worth while haha! :)
